Visaxpress provides immigration advisory and document-preparation services under a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), CICC Licence R512545. We are an independent private business and are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by IRCC or the Government of Canada. We provide professional guidance only; applicants submit their own applications through official government channels.

Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities at their discretion. We do not and cannot guarantee approval of any application. Our role is to help you prepare an accurate, complete, and well-organised submission.

Our service fees are for professional consultation and document-preparation only and are separate from any government fees, which are paid directly to the relevant authority. The scope, fees, and any cancellation or refund arrangements applicable to a specific engagement are set out in the individual service agreement provided before you engage us.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. You are responsible for the final review and submission of your application. We are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visaxpress shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
